I just received a phone call from 206-456-0661, claiming to be from the technical support team with Microsoft. I couldn't understand the name of the person calling, but he sounded as if he might have been from the Middle East (maybe India). He said he wanted to help me with the technical problems on my computer as they had been getting many error reports from my computer. He wanted me to push the Microsoft button and the letter 'R' and to type in EVENTVWR. It was set up to run that program. I tried to get the name of the company he worked for and their main number, but he kept back peddling and wouldn't tell me, only that he was in the techincal department but not actually with Microsoft. I hung up on him. The number on my caller ID was the above 206 number.
